Walking improvements on Arboretum Place at the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh

This project would transform the street with improved pedestrian crossing facilities between Inverleith Park and the Royal Botanic Gardens Edinburgh (RBGE). A 'Waverley bridge raised table' design isn't going to get rid of the rat runners in a hurry to Canonmills. It's not appropriate for any area with through traffic. Extremely high potential to be our Exhibition Road.

I'm going to suggest the correct course of action is to go ahead with the proposed improvements but also be closing AR through the improvement zone (except cycles, buses and garden service vehicles)
