"Hotel plan set to be approved for old BHS building"

"The Rose Street extension to the store will be demolished and a new building constructed with two ground-floor restaurants or retail units and the hotel entrance."
Used to be the cafe IIRC. All very well, but what will happen to the new bike racks outside that building on Rose Street?

Maybe they could put some student accommodation in the basement cover all of Edinburgh's apparent needs.
