He was going faster than the allowed speed limit in part of the race. He was disqualified from the race. If that's not "disqualified for speeding" I'm not sure what is ?

Bit ironic given Formula 1 has pit lane speed limits too

This is just a publicity stunt for a forthcoming TV show where Button and Guy Martin make bikes from scrap before competing in a head-to-head ultra iron man race around and across Lake Titicaca.

what about the woman golfer who was penalised 4 strokes 24 hours after the technical infringement because some guy (I malke an aasumption here) sits watching golfers replace their balls aftwer marking them on the green and freeze frames the shots to check they put them back from where they lifted them up from.
2 shot penalty for not replacing it in the right place and a 2 shot penalty for therefore signing for a score two shots less thatn the score wioth the two shot penalty.
She was in the lead of the tournament the next day when she was told. She replied Your joking? Still made it into a play-off for first but lost thereafter.
or newcastle united scoring a penalty which was then chalked off because one of their players was in the box before the ball was kicked. Technically that is a retake.
Who woudld be a referee?
