A friend of mine has discovered a deep blue specialized road bike, with branding in sea green in Edinburgh Area. It is fairly small, maybe a 52 or 54 frame. It looks like it has been abandoned.

Update.
"Good news, the owner has been found. The police advice was to hand it in, so they are holding it waiting for the owner to collect."
