That'll be the same School Streets initiative where there has been zero enforcement, at least at my kid's school. The one where parents blithely ignore the restrictions, driving about merrily endangering other children, or (the crafty ones) get parked outside the gates just before they come into force, double yellows or zig-zags don't seem to count for much.
