    Support for investment of 10% of transport budget — Yes — "Edinburgh council is already at 10% of the net transport budget for cycling investment but needs a clearer vision about how this funding should be invested to create a cycle-friendly city."
    Support for high quality infrastructure — Yes — "Cycling infrastructure is essential if more people are to be encouraged to get on their bikes especially in Cities where it doesn't feel safe to cycle."
    Support for removing local barriers — Yes — "We certainly need greater pedestrian priority at some busy junctions, sometimes pedestrians have to wait for two cycles of traffic lights before they can cross."
