Just passed a group of teenagers and around four motorcycles pulling wheelies there (Gypsy Brae area). Police has been informed, so they are long gone probably, but be careful.

I reported two teenagers riding motorbikes along the promenade by the new cafe on Easter Monday - particularly bad as there were are a fair number of Children pottering around on balance bikes, scooters, etc.
One of them actually sat around for at least 2 hours but the police didn't ever make an appearance.
