I saw this somewhere recently, and it was the first time I'd realised that there actually are mandatory cycle lanes in Edinburgh. Some (but not all) contraflow lanes are mandatory. The pictured one is Canaan Lane, and there's another on St Bernard'S Bridge. Possibly others, but I haven't been able to find them.

This is the best survey i have ever completed, though I did fill it in a few weeks back as. Have, known the author for some time and marvel at his ability to roll up his ortliebs
