Why do you cycle? Sustrans want to know - by tomorrow!

I got interviewed by Sustrans (or for Sustrans) yesterday morning in Livingston. The survey was 4 pages long but went quite quickly, so still made it for my daily 9:00 (soon to be 8:00) meeting.

Must be a national thing as I was stopped by a couple of Sustran bods whilst cycling through Island Gardens (Tower Hamlets) on a Boris Bike last Saturday.
They asked a few questions and and when asked where I was heading I answered with a straight face "Inverness", I was on National Route 1 after all.
I did 'fess up though, their look of disbelief at the thought of me cycling up to Inverness on a Boris Bike was one to behold but would have been unfair to cycle off and let them wonder WTF!Posted 6 years ago #
