I need a 1" quill stem, with a clamp that will take a 31.8 oversize handlebar. It's for my old single speed commuter so wanted an old second hand one.
Bloke at the bike station thought no such part would exist and I'd have to change handlebars
Is he right?
If he's wrong, anyone got one they'd sell or trade?
