It soon became useful and entertaining. There are regular posters, people who add useful info occasionally and plenty more who drop by to watch. That's fine. If you want to add news/comments it's easy to register and become a member.

Since the forum nailed my last non bike problem, here's another. I want to pick up a couple extra joists and I'm guessing this will be trivial if I can only figure out who sells them.
Thistle for instance don't list them (I need a finished size of just under 2.5 X 7 " to match existing).
I really wish there was screwfix for raw materials!
Any thoughts would be magic.
Walker Woodstock, Lawson's Timber and Rembrand Timber all come to mind
They should all do cuts to size but you'll have to buy the full length they're chopping down.
