Anyone else following Jasmijn's attempt at the Lands End to Join O'Groats.

She started this morning and already 250miles done with only 17minutes off the bike in 14 hours.

Will be crossing the FRB some point tomorrow afternoon.

Just 17 minutes off in 14 hours is genuinely superlative.

Just found her schedule and It's staggering

50 hours for LEJOG and she'll then turn around and head South to try to break the 1000 mile record in 62 hours.

    Just staggering.

According to the schedule she'll be crossing the FRB at 1pm tomorrow having left Land's End at 7am today!

And then keep going, from the sound of it.

break the 1000 mile record in 62 hours

    I haven't cycled 1000 miles in 62 days.

She has abandoned her attempt in Lancashire this morning.

Great effort though. If you don't try you'll never know...
