Had been noticing a gradual decline in performance on my TRP Hy/rd - especially since I replaced the cables a couple of years back. And after a scary incident involving an on-coming car doing an overtake it was clearly time for action.
Rather than replacing stuff bit by bit I went full bhuna with TRP branded stuff - new rotors, pads and compressionless cables. Took the units off the bike and did a brake bleed, but I didn't see any evidence of air in the system (though the oil in the rear was a strange murky greeny brown colour).
Happy to report brake performance appears fully restored (dunno what I would have done if it wasnt).

That's good to hear. I eventually replaced my front brake with a spyre one. However I have since replaced the bike.
