Responding to your emails about cars going too fast in Greenbank Drive. Got anywhere you'd like us to carry out speed checks? Let us know.

CityCyclingEdinburgh was launched on the 27th of October 2009 as "an experiment".
IT’S TRUE!
CCE is 15years old!
Well done to ALL posters
It soon became useful and entertaining. There are regular posters, people who add useful info occasionally and plenty more who drop by to watch. That's fine. If you want to add news/comments it's easy to register and become a member.
RULES No personal insults. No swearing.

Might be quicker to list any places you wouldn't!
Montrose Terrace, Leith Walk, Albion Road and Queen's Drive would be top of my list.
Oh but they're not in the South East.

Queen's Drive might (partially) be. "South East" covers the City Centre, Southside/Newington, Liberton/Gilmerton and Meadows/Morningside wards. Queen's Drive forms part of the boundary between SSN and Craigentinny/Duddingston.

I was just thinking it's time for my regular plea to the polis to have a trawl of Gilmerton Road at school exit/entry times. Mayhem, folk's cars parked all over the shop - cycle lanes, double yellows, pavements, zig-zags of both colours - and driving in random directions at high speed.
Crowriver: your list overlaps with my list. Perhaps we can co-ordinate?
@c30c60* I already tweeted SE Polis about Queen's Drive.
Happy to apply pressure in a co-ordinated fashion to NE Polis if such a twitter feed existeth.

Thanks. The tone of that twitter feed seems largely celebratory and/or informative rather than putting out appeals for suggestions. etc. Might be a bit tricky to engage unless there's a specific incident or "local concerns" arise somehow (through what mechanism?)...
crowriver: I've sent you a PM.
