From Edinburgh, East Lothian and Midlothian Councils, our speakers are the Councillors in charge of transport policy, and from West Lothian the Development and Transportation Manager. The sort of areas which may be covered include...
• Now that the new Councils have settled in, what are their policies and plans for cycling as a form of transport?
• Can they work together on cross-boundary cycling issues?
• Will they have the staff and other resources to take advantage of the doubling of active travel funding recently announced by the Scottish Government?
• Bringing all four Councils together, what can they learn from each other?

After initial presentations by each speaker there will be a 1-hour panel discussion/ audience QA which will be chaired by Daisy Narayanan, Deputy Director of Sustrans Scotland.
