Quite a few people now play music as they cycle to alert you of their approach or just because. I don't mind, you hear them, better for them too than headphones. Today in bike basement at work a chap had combined the music with a Lumos helmet for the total bike disco experience.

Maybe Altura.
He can't claim to be doing it to let people know he's coming as he rang a bell at someone on the Russell Road zigzag this morning, rather than slowing down. Still, he is already at maximal incivility for playing Chris Evans in public.

also he did the legendary on-u sound tour in the early 90s with gary clail, adrian sherwood and african headcharge, a classic barrowlands gig if ever there was one
some boy. he wrote the classic odyssey disco hit "inside out", didn't he
