    So tech issue means that event (from Summerhall) didn't stream at 7.
    Instead BBC Scotland TV channel will show at 11pm.
    Not sure if that is a last minute arrangement?

    Good move anyway - broadcast media don't broadcast that much 'new music' from Scotland (all genres). Chvrches did the opening of new channel and bands like Elephant Sessions do get on BBC Alba.

    Second half of Vic Galloway's show has an entertaining interview with Alan McGee - founder of Creation Records and well known as manager of Oasis.
    Not a fan of that particular band but the stories are good. The relationship with No 10 as a Labour supporter and Malcolm McLaren's bid to become mayor of London (!) all come up. Good blethery stuff with Vic asking the right questions.

    now that you're familiar @iwrats, i tell you, should you ever hear this track again out of nowhere, you will stop dead in your tracks, raising your arms exultant to the heavens, shouting YES

    mark my words that day will come for you, like it came for me

    @bax

    I know an Estonian welder. He introduced me to Estonian folk metal and also taught me the Estonian word for 'sparrowhawk' which is a talisman.

    I await my day.
