Single Track Wanted

    Looking for suggestions from the hive mind for where to go in a few weeks for half a day’s MTBing.

    There will be three of us, two experienced MTBers plus one less so. We’ve done Glentress a few times, so something different would be ideal. Location not so important as will drive there and one guy coming from Glasgow, café would be great. Consideration needed for the likely swamp-like conditions.

    More XC than gnarly, full-face DH nonsense.

    Any pointers much appreciated as I ain’t from round these parts.

    Comrie Croft? Good mix of trails and an on-site cafe.

    The blue run at Kirroughtree is fantastic swoopy, fast and flattering, made me feel like a better rider than I really am.
