indoor Bouldering?

    Anyone tried it? - i fancy doing something that requires me to concentrate and not be outside and still be physically active...

    seems theres 2 places in Edinburgh and 1 in Dunfermline.

    Ratho is your place. Boulders and auto-belay walls. Lessons available, and it's on the canal.

    Bouldering much fun, remembering going to Alien Rock when I was younger. Will give you fingers of IRON and forearms like STEEL CABLES. Etc.

    thanks for the info - does look like fun - i'll give all places a ring and see - i think Alien Bloc is about 10mins ride from work so that would be good!
