Hello, I searched for Lost property and found nothing in general which can be reused, so I have made this post as a Lost & Found Thread. If you have anything you have Lost or Found, post it here and then we have a one stop place for everything.

    I'll start off shall I?

    Found Front Light.

A colleague handed me a front light he found outside Waverly Station. If you have lost one and think it could be yours let me know by PM and we'll see if you can identify it.

It's possible. I had just passed two young persons trying to be discrete about the fact they were sharing a powerful marijuana cigarette. Quite in vain I might add.

Trying to be discrete, how very quaint of them

    @gembo

I think that was just part of the madness that the neurotoxic smoke had induced in them.

I don't think they had reached Dread. Giggling and high pitched stage whispering. It had tended to make them quite High.

@cyclimgmollie, very fair point, I noticed nobody had lost anything in the thread until the teenagers lost their sobriety, it has hitherto all been about stuff we have found (though obviously others have lost these articles)

If anyone finds the top cap from an Ultegra nine speed left shifter on the A7 between Middleton and Newtongrange it's mine.

Yeah but the mystery is more how she found a random UNLOCKED bike - especially when she (apparently) hadn’t actually gone out on a bike.

    But, perhaps -

“But on the other hand, I want to believe that even while drunk, I took the bike to keep it safe and find the owner. I think that’s why I secured it by attaching it to my own bike with my lock.

Perhaps she’s forgotten how many bikes she has.

    (Easily done…)

Maybe her key worked in the other lock? She is hazy regards how she actually liberated the bike?

Maybe she knocked someone else off as they were on her bike and the6 don’t know about this as they are in hospital?

    Maybe it was unlocked?

Maybe it is all made up?

Lost my best gloves* last Sunday, while collecting child from guising. has been bugging me all week. found them this morning in the back pocket of my cycling jacket, which usually only has emergency mask and tissues. wondered what I was lying back on while recumbenting on saturday!

Gripgrab midseason - perfect pretty much all year round in Scotland ;)
