POP attendance figures please

Thousands
VERY roughly from random memory about 2 then 3 then 4 (ish)
Mix of actual counts leaving Meadows, estimates for people joining later and “police estimates”.
In the first few years there were feelings that ‘it needs to be more than last year’.
I don’t think this is a key concern anymore.
Getting X,000s to turn out has had a significant effect on profile for “better” and subsequent SG policy/funding.
Needs more money still, but not dependent on PoP headcount.
PoP has resulted in so many more people being aware, working/campaigning locally and generally making differences.

Looking back through the PoP website should give the ‘official’ numbers at the time for each year.

The official figure is 'thousands'. It would be very hard to be any more precise.
