Turns out the handsome blue bike I posted about in the spotted thread a few days ago is infact the new single speed rickshaw (sans weather shelter) of spinning regular Len who is training to ride it to Istanbul in Summer
The trip (5000km) is aiming to beat the previous pedicab record of 2500km
He is posting frequent updates on Facebook with pictures and training info

He has previously done several transcontinental rides and is raising money for Cancer Research UK (not sure if this is the right page, it's a bit bare just now)
Next time I see him I'll tell him about CCE and let him know I made a post. Give him an encouraging whoop or high five if you see him!
