This morn in Juni Green a delivery person walked in front of me. From the passenger side of the van, out into the middle of the road without looking.
Due to my extreme slow speed I was able to avoid a collision but surely basic delivery training must go over how to leave the vehicle with a parcel and not get run down by the traffic?
