It soon became useful and entertaining. There are regular posters, people who add useful info occasionally and plenty more who drop by to watch. That's fine. If you want to add news/comments it's easy to register and become a member.

I went to an interesting talk yesterday entitled Factfulness by Ola Rosling (son of Hans Rosling) and Anna Rosling-Rönnlund.
They have an interesting tool on their gapminder website that compares lifestyles in different income groups around the world using pictures.
This one shows pictures of bikes - not as different as toilets
The UK pictures were a bit sad. One very unloved bmx with flat tyres, slowly rusting at the side of a house. The other wasn't even a bike.
