    My friend at work Frankie, has cycled to work for first time, fiollowing the successful guided bike ride in Berlin.

    I have been on at Frankie for five years to cycle and it has finally happened. Hurrah

    Well done. I'm trying to persuade my flatmate to get her bicycle from Frankfurt to here so she can start cycling, or to sell her bicycle in Frankfurt and buy one here. She likes the cycle paths and heading down to Cramond.

    We met frisskiffia in the basement and she congratulated Frankie on starting on Friday. His chain fell off on new street but he was undaunted
