"A cyclist has been left with serious facial injuries following an incident on Broomhouse Road.
Drivers had been turned away from the scene by police after a cyclist crashed into the back of a car.
The cyclist sustained serious facial inuries as a result of the incdient which took place just after 7am this morning.
Police responded to the scene and turned traffic away, however, traffic is understood to now be coping well."
