    That's on my walk to work. There is a lot of pavement cycling in the area. (Of course it may not have been a pavement incident). I hope the pedestrian gets better soon.

    I can't imagine they would have failed to mention it if incident had occurred on pavement or signalised/zebra crossing?

    This is the section. Four way junction nearby, flats one side, shops the other. No pedestrian crossings. Parked cars either side obstructing view of anyone crossing.

    Interestingly the Streetview has a cyclist on it, going a fair lick by the looks of it...
