Quaint photograph I found on Capital Collections. Actually it's a group of "ordinary" bike riders going along George Street during the Scottish Cycling Meet in 1884. I see the "cabs" have pulled over to let them pass.

And it's only a tenner for 6 month's full home access. Well worth it, it's a hugely rich resource
