    Hi there,
I'm thinking about taking my 7-year old on the Wee Jaunt this year... all sounds doable but I'm a little confused by the logistics of getting to the start.

    The entry form says:
    "Transport options for you/your bike:
Free transport from the Royal Highland Centre to Linlithgow only."

So I'm guessing this means you can park up at Ingliston and get taken to Linlithgow at some point.
Anyone know how often, and what sort of times the transport departs?
And what indeed does the transport consist of?

I'm just a tad concerned about too much waiting around for those with attention spans of a shorter persuasion.

Any info from someone who's done it would be great.
    Cheers

Can't tell you the specifics of the Wee Jaunt, but when we did the Glasgow ride a few years ago, the deal was that there was a car park full of big trucks and coaches. You put your bike in the truck and sat on the coach, and when the coach was full it set off with the truck. From memory it was quite quick without a lot of waiting around.
