CityCyclingEdinburgh was launched on the 27th of October 2009 as "an experiment".
IT’S TRUE!
CCE is 15years old!
Well done to ALL posters
It soon became useful and entertaining. There are regular posters, people who add useful info occasionally and plenty more who drop by to watch. That's fine. If you want to add news/comments it's easy to register and become a member.
RULES No personal insults. No swearing.
Are you suggesting barging it?
Either way, I'm up for a good long PY this month (as then I have to go and get a crown fitted in Newington. To a tooth, sadly - my inherent royal-ness still goes un-acclaimed).
Alas I am down south next Friday. So will miss the barge. I note it has longer opening hours with th good weather and the deck chairs being used to good effect.
I am trying to plan my Friday morning. I'm up for meeting at The Counter if the threatened rain holds off to the afternoon.
I hope to make it along to The Counter.
I'm in.
I will be along around 8
alas I am in another country
given there is no school run to keep me away until 9 I might even manage an appearance....
Tomorrow?
Surprisingly hot for half eight but nice for sitting out.
@IainMcR is explaining how many minutes he spent preparing kit for the Glen Feshie adventure.
Was good to meet folk again and sit in the very pleasant sunny morning - see you all next year ;)
@urchaidh seconds, surely?
Or perhaps this is the Third Sector Explanation session?
Anyway, nice morning, nice coffee, got to admire @chrisfl's crate, and I got all the spokes etc I needed at Bicycle Works on my way to the dentist after.
