OT: I pray for plug sockets

I need an electrician. I thought I had one: he came, he saw, he quoted - but now, after ten days of messaging back and forth, I cannot get him to agree an actual date to come and do the work.

I grow weary of this pursuit and have decided to pursue other options.

Can anyone recommend someone? It's about a day's worth of work.

    I can recommend Ritchie & Goodwin: https://www.ritchiegoodwinltd.co.uk/

I've had them (the same guy every time; Alan) do various bits and bobs at my place, including changing the fuse box to RCDs, installing additional plug sockets and an outside light, and putting power (lights and sockets) in my garage. All reasonably priced and on time, and price was as quoted for the garage - despite the guy doing the quote saying "Yeah it's a day's work, no problem" and it turning out to be just over 2 days for the guy that actually did it.
