I cycle up Broughton and Bellview on my cycle commute in. The cycle path ends at the Bellview Place as you head south towards the Cask n Barrel Roundabout. There 2 lanes for traffic appear, which is a constant pinch point as vehicles turning left cut you up and force you into the continuous Barrier.

Anyone know who I should approach about getting this changed please? Councillors? Council dept?

Raising it with councillors is probably the most straightforward option (they should know who the relevant department is, and speak to them).

The problematic bit is in the City Centre ward (although Bellevue Place is mostly in Leith Walk), so you could try any (or all) of these councillors:http://www.edinburgh.gov.uk/councillors/specificWard/3/city_centre

Cllrs Miller and Mowat are both cyclists (not sure about the other two) and Cllr Doran is the vice convener of the Transport Committee.

First start by lobbying your councilors, the easy way is write to them...
