My sister who lives around there was saying their food waste bins haven't been collected in over 2 weeks (not just the assisted collection ones). Unsurprisingly, most of the bins are now overflowing and the various wildlife has been throwing the contents around the street.

I don't blame the woman in the article TBH.

Suppose - but unlike driving, all flytipping is by definition rubbish. I guess my slight concern is that the actions in the above article may legitimise (in some EEN readers' minds) fly tipping in locations other than council property. E.g. the council didn't pick up my mattress so I'll go dump it in a field...two wrongs and all that

Well it could to be todays rubbish rubbish fly tipping or just todays rubbish fly tipping depending if was rubbish rubbish flying tipping or sort of ok flying tipping of rubbish.

I guess its if it’s rubbish as a noun or rubbish as an adjective.

Also the use of fly, In theory if used in slang could be “fly” as in “super fly” tipping of rubbish. It may be more about the style of the tipping in a legitimate recycling centre than an illegal act. For example if someone tipped their rubbish by juggling it in the skip that would be "fly" tipping.
