Yes.

That back road is quiet and nice. Keep off the A92 as much as possible if you value your life.

The station was named 'Ladybank Station' rather than 'Ladybog Station'

More than 21 years back since I last alighted at lady bank. On that occasion a lad hanging around the station invited me to share a smoke with him. I declined

I have used Ladybank as a control for DIY addaxes in the past. Not only are there shops where one can procure a receipt as proof as passage, it can also prove a useful bailout point if weather is bad or exhaustion hits, being well served by rail services to Edinburgh.

“it can also prove a useful bailout point if weather is bad”
Done that a couple of times on St Andrews Rides.

The date of the 2019 ride has been fixed for Saturday 15th June.

For a small village lady bank has always had many railway lines. Hoping I have enough time for pillars of Hercules but will maybe just eat sandwich on train and grab coffee in falkland

Hm, could well be up for the St Andrews ride this year (enters date in calendar).

My preferred route is to go south on B9219 to Kingskettle, Kettlebridge, under the railway line to Bridgend Garden Centre, careful crossing the A92 then B936 through Freuchie, Newton of Falkland to Falkland. You can cycle through the grounds of Falkland House to avoid the A912 to Pillars of H.
