THat wont work but show 100 mile route
You can get Ed, Mid, Borders, S Lanarkshire and West just by going round the pentlands about 50 odd miles
getting 6 is harder e.g. incorporating East or N Lanarkshire.
Probably is easier to add N Lanarkshire then go for Falkirk, fife and clacks to get 9 in one day
It's possible to do a 100 mile loop from Balerno and go through 11 different local authorities.
Route left as exercise for the reader.
I know you can cycle from California to Moscow and back but that is over 100 miles
Maybe the 9 I mentioned but stretch to Perth and Kinross and East Ayrshire?
Time is also a dimension. Ask the equinoctial hedgehogs.
