HYN everyone. I didn't eat enough at Christmas so I'm going to try again today. Cycling can wait! Well, for a day, mebbe. :-)

Half price EBC computer tells me that I used 340 calories on a trip to the park this morning.
It asks for your weight in the set up so I wonder if it calculates energy used for acceleration. I don't know why it needs to know your age.
Boys were playing with Scalextric. I'll take them to the park tomorrow.

I tested the wrong garment on the Lang Whang today. Just went with new Helly Hanssen base layer and short sleeve jersey. I wasn't exactly making stonking progress and had anticipated a nice tail wind on way home. Alas the wind appeared to be Nor'Easterly when I turned at Tarbrax. Quite cold. Wish I had opted for my Protective Kashi Jacket instead. Buzzard, pheasant, variety of geese and ducks, and of course the now distinctly grubby White Rhea. All in evidence.

Well yes, it's my Scalextric in name only. Their mum just wanted an excuse to get some for boys which is why the 4 car version would have been prefect... had it worked.
I actually wanted a CarryFreedom Y.
