Reccomend me a nice B&B in Oban that won't bankrupt us?

(The German is not willing to camp another night in Noahic levels of rain. For some reason...)

The Backpackers hostel on Breadalbane Street is good.

Raniven was the last one I stayed in. It was good. All the B&Bs are now competing with the big Premier Inn so there may be scope to haggle.

Drink in the Tartan Tavern. Especially if George Noble is on.

Quite wild here too. Put sheet out with ten pegs on the washing line a minute ago, will be dry shortly if rAin stays off.

Problem on Oban is that all campers have headed for drier ground so all rooms at a premium?

Premier Inn has never blinked an eye when we arrive with bikes - all four of us.

If you're needing to dry gear out then I'd recommend the youth hostel. Yes I know communal dorms isn't for everyone but a drying room is worth its weight in gold if you're away for an extended period in rainy weather!
