Cycle to Work Scheme - Greater than £1000!

This is what https://greencommuteinitiative.uk/ was set up to do: provide a lending evelope to allow £1,000+ cycle to work schemes.
Their speil focuses alot on ebike and adapted trikes etc. It would be the only way to get a good ebike into the scheme and reap the savings.
