800 miles of off road route from Peak District to cape wrath
Where’d that come from?
CityCyclingEdinburgh was launched on the 27th of October 2009 as "an experiment".
IT’S TRUE!
CCE is 15years old!
Well done to ALL posters
It soon became useful and entertaining. There are regular posters, people who add useful info occasionally and plenty more who drop by to watch. That's fine. If you want to add news/comments it's easy to register and become a member.

Yeah. Cycling UK have been busy. Trendy, innit.
A large section of the North British route was delivered by Generals Wade and Caulfield.
Three hundred years of red, white and blue highway solidarity right there.
Looks good, although those looking for adventure will be a little disappointed to find themselves on the canal riding to Glasgow.
That depends on your idea of "adventure".
Do you think the section from Innerleithen to Edinburgh is do-able in a day?
It could be the CCE "Tweedbank to Portobello" outing part 2...
@Frenchy, I was thinking of the trail as a whole. I don't personally think anyone who has ridden from Keilder to Edinburgh would consider a day on the canal as adventure. However I know plenty people who would indeed consider riding along the canal as adventurous.
