    A large section of the North British route was delivered by Generals Wade and Caulfield.

    Three hundred years of red, white and blue highway solidarity right there.

    Looks good, although those looking for adventure will be a little disappointed to find themselves on the canal riding to Glasgow.

    Do you think the section from Innerleithen to Edinburgh is do-able in a day?

    It could be the CCE "Tweedbank to Portobello" outing part 2...

    @Frenchy, I was thinking of the trail as a whole. I don't personally think anyone who has ridden from Keilder to Edinburgh would consider a day on the canal as adventure. However I know plenty people who would indeed consider riding along the canal as adventurous.
