Does anyone know if this is happening in the near future? The 'Active Travel Investment Programme' mentions a completion date of Feb'20 which makes me think construction would have to start pretty soon.
This became (part of?) the West Edinburgh Link project, I think.

I asked a council officer about that in August and was told "We are developing the designs for this at the moment. When we have a worked up design we will be sharing it publicly."
