    Member

    Flat, relatively small, large population of students, narrow medieval street that really don't lend themselves to cars are all factors I suspect.

    Leeds (which is where the Grand Depart will be), on the other hand, didn't strike me as particularly bikey.

    Leeds is more like Glasgow (or was, haven't been there for a while).
