Pulled a U-turn in front of me and a line of traffic just after Toll Cross.
Later at WoL Visitor Centre a white van man did same into a line of moving traffic.

It isn’t just taxis that can pull a U-turn wherever they Like. Any driver can do this now, just batter on.
Loads of people currently u-turning to go from Teviot Place onto Forrest Road given that the legal way of achieving this goal is currently shut due to roadworks. Those of a cautious persuasion will use the Quartermile works access to turn, while others just cut round the edge of the traffic island.
