Apparently car overtook a lorry after a roundabout near the M90 and hit cyclist head on.
Both desperately sad and angry at this. A few moments impatience costs a life.
Cyclist killed was a teacher at Criagclowan school on his way to work, past captain of Perthshire Rugby, married with a young son, words fail me...

@fiefster. Sad and angry is a very good summary of my feelings too. It's not the impatience which angers me but the inability of drivers to look before acting.
