New helmet - to MIPS or not?

    Not wishing to start a debate on helmet wearing. I'm looking to purchase a new helmet. Thinking of going with one with MIPS but options limited in choice.

    Any thoughts or suggestions from others to go down the MIPS route or not?

    I had been looking for a comfortable mips helmet with a bug net for a while and hadn't managed to find one. I then found myself in Evans with the change from a CTW voucher to spend.

    I decided that MIPS was more important than a bug net and went with a Specialized tactic 3.

    I got one with Koroyd in the sales - Endura Pro SL. It's light and I guess the honeycomb structure would act like a bug net. I haven't crash tested it yet.

    Good point @gembo, no doubt Aldi will be on it soon enough.
