@instography formerly if this parish is now allowed to see his beer to us mere mortals.
Anyone Else want to put an order in so he has a good reason to come across the bridge?
CityCyclingEdinburgh was launched on the 27th of October 2009 as "an experiment".
IT’S TRUE!
CCE is 15years old!
Well done to ALL posters
It soon became useful and entertaining. There are regular posters, people who add useful info occasionally and plenty more who drop by to watch. That's fine. If you want to add news/comments it's easy to register and become a member.
RULES No personal insults. No swearing.

Yes 12 IPA
Orders seem to be via a camra app
Yes sorry, i was being flip putting my order in as the way to order seems opaque. Steven is going to explain it on facebook
I was replying to chdot. Not you. Blog link not helpful. As I had already discovered.
Blog link explains what we are on about but as you say does not link to a way of ordering.
I think we need some sort of order pool as wont be economically viable - though `Instography has a barley order to collect in east lothian soon
A few of us in here get eggs (and other stuff) on Saturdays from Fife. Have asked if they could add beer....
I didn't know Instography was making beer.
Mr fimm and I could be interested - certainly if a group order is the way to go. A link to the ordering process would be useful (or SRD can get hold of me through Facebook if that is better.)
@fimm for maybe 4 years now but quite local to Limekilns until now. If he owns the property I think he does it used to be a brewery back in the 19th century
@SRD - can you share egg detail pls?
Happy to be part of a group order, or to place an individual order if anyone knows how, as beer supplies running dangerously low.
I registered my interest on DaveC’s Facebook post, but in a belt and braces stylee I’ll do it here too. I’ve not had the pleasure of a Brew Shed beer before, so some sort of selection box would be ideal.
Instography is coming over on Monday I am hoping for 6 Sentinel Pilsner and six 1851 pale ales
this video is where i first learned how to do all-grain brewing
its actually quite hard to mess it up

I'd get some of these beers but the ordering process isn't that obvious.
Can any one explain 'how' in plain English?
Okay. I have an order in for Monday. All via Facebook messenger. Not sure how to direct others, but am happy to facilitate orders /take receipt of beer for you, if you’re not on messenger.
@SRD I went into facebook messenger and ordered but Instography has not replied yet. Has he confirmed your order?
@gembo yes. But via brewery account, not personal one
I sure would like to taste Insto's brew but logistics of that seem daunting?
Pay here https://www.paypal.me/brewshed
@srd, ta Instography replied sent me paypal link. Money sent.
IWRATS, I assume the hard part is an admirable avoidance of facebook. SRD seems to be offering to facilitate if for you. If you use paypal it should be simple enough for someone else to place an order for you and you to make the payment.
Poor chap's going to be brewing night and day with the sudden rush of beer orders :-)

I'd be interested but maybe once I can go out climbing again as I'm quite often in Limekilns which would solve any collection issues.
For those who don't know Stewart Brewing are doing pickups from the taproom in straiton.
Oh and a @Bax says , brewing all grain is actually not that hard and you don't need any fancy equipment.
The climbing near Limekilns is on some rocks hidden away in a wood where there have been some issues over rights of access in the past, so I'm not going to say much more (to be honest it is years and years since I've been there, so I''m not sure exactly where it was).
“
Limekilns is great place to climb, situated just north of the Fife villages of Limekilns and Charlestown.
One of the things that makes these crags special is that the rock and climbing are of a different nature from what is typically found in the area. The climbing is on two limestone blocks, the Sentinel & the Gellet.
“
The Sentinel is the name of my Pilsner.
Limekilns prom is long wide and flat. Quiet on a sunday m owning so if not too windy quite a nice stretch
Maybe it is a very raisedbeach? Or quite far inland Sea Cliffs? If you stick doggedly to the round the forth route there is of course a lot of descending and climbing
