IT’S TRUE!
CCE is 16years old!
Well done to ALL posters
It soon became useful and entertaining. There are regular posters, people who add useful info occasionally and plenty more who drop by to watch. That's fine. If you want to add news/comments it's easy to register and become a member.
RULES No personal insults. No swearing.

Classic pincer movement
You can see something's up on the pavement right at the start. The wee boy pulls his hood down thinking it's over. Bigger lad thinks, wrongly, he can intimidate the victim on his own hence the pincer.
My guess - the cops watch this, sigh and set off to collect both of them. For the fiftieth time.
Was there a motive, other than testosterone and upbringing? The victim was at the lights long before the other two arrived, so I wondered if there was previous.
Notice they are both on e-hire bikes, which I assume (like MB) have been stolen. There is some serious weight in those and they have a real kick on take-off, so the victim was likely hit pretty hard. I assume the police will know who these guys are - hardly like you just decide to act like this all of a sudden.
On the twitter the polis want the cyclist to come forward so they can lift the Toerags
Did not see lights flashing on the bikes? Though did not spot they were e-bikes
The classic move is when the wee guy goes through red to wait up ahead for the pincer then distracts the cyclist to the left whilst the bigger one trips him.
Would be great to get the boys and channel their native cunning, say in the infantry or RUTS
This sort of thing gets my vigilante juices flowing.
I think there must have been previous interaction which is why the car passenger was recording in the first place.
I'm sure nothing will be done even if they are caught. With the 'reason' externalised to some wider socio-economic issue. Personally would lock them up.
Full disclosure: I'm a bit sore with PS at the moment due to their incredibly underwhelming response to a theft of about £5k of bikes from our communal bike store.
Polis asking the cyclist to come forward to them to allow them to prosecute the toerags
You already posted that (with almost the same wording) yesterday further up-thread! ;-)
@davecyckl yes I KNOW BECAUSE someone else was saying polis would do nothing.
