    The developers also said the building would “improve and enhance” the area around Rosebery House including improving the links to the tram stop and cycle lanes.

    Well, the developers could ask the current tenants of Rosebery House - Sustrans Scotland.

    Although they may not want to create a route that is three times as long as it needs to be, involves dismounting twice and finally entering through the bin store.
