I believe SUV drivers can make their SUVs flip at relatively low speed and without damaging anything else much, if one of their giant grippy tyres catches the edge of another wheel or a low corner/wing and climbs quickly up. The go-fast-and-turn-sharply option is also available, perhaps getting a wee boost off a kerb or even using the camber of the road if in a rush.

I've seen some more photos now, from everyone's favourite local Tory councillor who of course rushed to the scene and "spoke to Police officers".
Looks like they hit the row of parked cars and flipped. No injuries, thankfully.
