Rampage the event he was injured in is mountain biking off a cliff with sommersaults. They dig their own paths and you see him maybe hit a stone a little higher up and this knocks his line a fraction then he clatters into some bushes. As he says, he walked away from far worse but not this one, or does he. He somehow gets back on a bike, or does he?

Paralyzed from the waist down.the last scene is moving.

My friend who broke his neck made a better recovery, same stuff though at southern general, practice getting in and out a car by going to the gym and getting in and out a car. American one was maybe a Lexus? Scottish one Fiat Panda. Lot of stuff about catheters near the start and the only other guy who walked out my pals ward used to hide from the nurses at catheter time. I am not surprised having watched this film.
