    Interesting quandary for the polis. It's illegal to ride electric scooters on public roads (although that doesn't condone motorists knocking them over). Do they charge one or both of them?

    Unless it was an electric car they would only charge the scooter.

    Cycle law do point out this law breaking but they go on to underline that the driver fled the crime scene. Polis take a dim view of this

    E-scooters are so last year...

    Excellent road presence for this monowheel device. Possibly a Segway Ninebot or InMotion V5F Electric Unicycle?
